    <pre> We recently upgraded the equipment in our scanning lab: we have just switched to Agfa DuoScan HiDs. We are finding it impossible to scan using Omnipage 10.0 installed on machines running Windows 2000 with these scanners. We've tried all the built-in troubleshooting in OmniPage, including scanning directly with the Agfa scanning product (FotoLook 3.75[?}); it either crashes or locks up the system. Everything works smoothly with Photoshop, so the glitch seems to be in OmniPage. We have also installed the OmniPage patch and update of ScanManager available on the Caere site.

    Has anyone had similar experiences or have suggestions to make? Thanks
