    OCLC Digital Collections Management & Preservation

    Please join us for an OCLC Digital Collections Management & Preservation Services Session, during the Annual ALA Meeting.

    Learn about development activities and future services of one of OCLC's new strategic initiatives. Digital Collections Management & Preservation Services is comprised of four service areas which will provide libraries with:

            1) preservation program services and a knowledgebase to plan and carry out cooperative preservation projects
            2) access to full preservation and digitization services
            3) processes to ensure long-term retention of digital objects
            4) the creation of tools to manage digital collections

    Sessions will be held on Sunday, June 17, 10:00 -- 11:30 am at the Marriott Hotel, Golden Gate A2, and on Monday, June 18, 10:00 - 11:30 am at the Marriott Hotel, Salons 12 & 13.
