We [Herron Art Library, IUPUI] are in the process of drafting a policy regarding digitizing slides for faculty. Typically, we have uploaded scanned slides [selected by faculty] into a secured network for faculty and students to use in classroom instruction and as an electronic reserves. Administration has asked that we develop a policy in line with copyright to guide our practices. I wondered if anyone had such a policy which they might share as a model. Please feel free to pass this along to others.
