I know of a few on the Mac side: Color Synergy (From Candela/Color Partnership), FotoTune (Agfa), and ColorBlind (Color Solutions). They all create custom device profiles to some extent. ColorBlind is the only one I've seen that will not only profile every type of device (input, monitors, output) but will also do simulations (eg. have your dye sub printer simulate color sep output from an imagesetter). I'm testing ColorBlind right now. Haven't spent much time yet with the other two. I should mention that they vary greatly in price and capability. There are many other CMS's on the Mac side using generic profiles.
