Alan:

Photoshop has the ability to read all sorts of raw file formats. If you have a copy see the documentation. There are some parameters you will need know about the number of pixels, the document dimensions, and the pixel depth.

Good luck.

We're doing a Catscan of our Mummycase at a local hospital. The digital file generated is proprietary, Siemans Dicom format. I'm able to FTP it to my Mac but it is hard to find people with experience translating the Dicom format into a more widely used Mac/PC/Workstation format.

Debabelizer is an application that can translate more than a 100 Mac/PC/Workstation formats, but alas not Dicom.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Alan
