    The preliminary program for the fifth Museums and the Web conference is now online. Featuring speakers from 26 countries, MW2001 highlights innovations in web design and use from all types of museums and galleries. An international Program Committee reviewed hundreds of proposals, and selected a wide range of papers, panels and demonstrations to ensure that MW2001 has something for all members of the cultural heritage community.
