Subject:      REQUEST: OCR Program for SUN/UNIX

Is there commercial or public domain OCR (optical character
recognition) software available which works on SUN/UNIX
environment. If yes, what kind of input does it accept:
raster/bitmap OR Vector (lines, arcs ,etc) file of the
text? and where can I get it from.
