To: mailto:IMAGELIB@LISTSERV.ARIZONA.EDU

We have TIFF images (8-bit gray, not b&w) we are reducing by 40% and then
JPEGing, using Debabelizer. Is there any way to keep the header
information--Ownership, date/time of creation, filename, copyright
info--intact using that or any other software? (I haven't called
Equilibrium Software yet because I don't want to start their 90-day tech
support until necessary, but there is nothing in the documentation
indicating the possibility.)

For that matter, can anyone recommend software that can write header information into an existing graphics file?
