just a quick note to find out:Is the scanning of doc. done through one central office(eg, rcords office etc.) or is the operation decentralized, ech dept. does their own?
At KU we are doing 3 offices as pilot. For a project like this do we need additional staffing devoted for scanning?
are documnets scanned as they come through Mail Center? Varies?
Generally what kind of storage medium is used, magnetic, optical etc.
