<pre> We are using an Agfa Duoscan T2000 scanner and I understand it is used by various institutions worldwide as it is quite
good 'all rounder' for various formats - film and glass, transparent and reflective etc.

But I am disappointed with the sharpness of the results though, especially in 35mm formats.

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems? Rumour has it there is a software upgrade to improve the quality, if anyone knows some more it would be helpful to share this information.
(we are using this on a PC not MAC)
