I use a mail reader called Eudora which is available as freeware (a
commercial version too) that has filters so that annoying mail can be
immediately and automatically thrown out. The feature also allows you to
automatically sort your mail into mailboxes which is quite nice. In any
event, you need only get something like the "Important Information for your
Success" once - and all the follow up flames and comments similarly go
wherever you choose. I regularly get over 100 emails a day now, and I find
the filters extremely productive. You can get information about eudora at

I have not connection with this company whatsoever - I just use it and like it!
