I have heard that dye sub prints are more archival than standard color print processes. It makes sense to me, having worked in a dye transfer print lab. Dye colors are stable, and if a good quality paper is used as a base, I would think the prints would hold up very well, especially compared to Polaroid prints. Of course, I have no proof of this - has anyone done a study or know of one?---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------- Margaret M.
