I've been doing some testing of dye sub material supplied by Fargo, the
manufacturer of the printer we have. I left one image in direct, open
sunlight on a desk for 8 months+ and a duplicate image in dark storage.
There was a minimal magenta cast in the print left exposed and overall the
didn't appear to fade (on visual comparison, I'm yet to compare them with a
densitometer). Henry Wilhelm doesn't really address this issue in his recent
tome on color image stability, but I heard he has a new publication on its
way to address just digital imaging Has anybody else heard about this new
book?
