    I also have to come up with a "request for proposal" for
    digitizing our photograph collection, but I'm so ignorant that
    I'm not even quite sure if Drew's 'rfp' was, indeed, 'request
    for proposal'... If so,please post your generous responses to
    the list or include me on your e-mail:

    Also, any recommendations on software vendors would be
    appreciated. I have lots of names, but few testimonials.
    Re:discovery comes highly recommended by Your Majesty Pearman

    listserv. (I have a VERY long list of vendor names - if anyone
    else would like a copy, let me know.) I am considering all options
    at this point.


       THANKYOU to all who provided me with such an entertaining
    Saturday a.m. last:  as I read my e-mail I felt as though I'd
    missed a great party! Cleveland is the place to be this year, you
    know - AND we took the honors from Chicago last night, too -- Stop
    and visit us HOSTs with the MOST some time! (I'm including Your Royal
     Highness Pearman in this invitation - even tho we've yet to
    meet...)
