That document says the single 35mm slide target is $29.00 (batch pricing is available), catalog number 875 2222. Order from 1-800-847-8755, or by mail at Kodak Professional Customer Service / Eastman Kodak Company / Rochester, NY 14650.

I'm having a terrible time trying to find a color calibration slide
(IT-8 target). I really don't want to buy SilverFast if I don't have to, we already have a color calibration tool, just lacking a slide.

So far I've tried B&H Photo Video Calumet Photo Camera World Wolf Camera Helix Photobition

Anyone have an idea where I can buy one of these? Or have an extra to sell?
