Dear colleagues,

Do any of you have a set of outdated and withdrawn encyclopedias to dispose of?

One of the needy families that our school has "adopted" for Christmas has a child who is currently working his way through a 1946 (yes, '46) edition of Britannica. For fun. A set from the '80's would be a wonderful gift for this young man. And it doesn't have to be another Britannica; any set would be fine.

If you can help, contact me and I will arrange for someone to pick the books up at your convenience.
