RESEARCH ASSOCIATE POSITIONS supporting our Generalist and Financial Services Practice

We conduct senior level management searches for most industries both domestically and abroad. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Generalist Position: The Research Associate ("RA") is responsible for supporting the search process and the executive search consultant. The primary responsibility is to source qualified candidates who meet the job specifications in terms of qualifications, behavioral and cultural fit, in the most timely and efficient manner possible. Each search is different and is staffed separately. Therefore, the specific research techniques vary. However, there can be significant client involvement throughout the process, and there is almost always the need to use the internet, library, and personal networking skills to find qualified candidates.

FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS Required:
. Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher; Experience in conducting research . Good people/telephone skills and willingness to spend long hours on the telephone. Prior interviewing skills a plus. . Computer literate - currently use ACT data base, Internet, Excel, Word . Aggressive, results-oriented with the ability and willingness to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends when necessary). . Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision. . Good professional appearance.
