OPEN POSITION: ARCHIVES ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for paraprofessional archival functions, including processing
archival materials; entering and correcting data in the archives databases;
training and supervising volunteers; locating information and materials for
patrons; and performing shared staff duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree with three years' related experience, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer competence, including use of online catalogs, databases, and
wordprocessing.
An interest in history/botanical libraries and archives.
