Dear Colleagues:
As many of you know, the Missouri Botanical Garden Library has moved to its new
research facility, the Monsanto Center, located just west of the main Garden
grounds, at 4500 Shaw Blvd.
In the spirit of sharing information about our new quarters with the library
community, we are accepting requests from library groups to hold one of their
meetings here, or to just come for a tour. Meetings already planned include:
the St. Louis Medical Librarians meeting, March 4; and the Annual Meeting
of the St. Louis Metropolitan Area Chapter, Special Libraries Assn., May 6.
In addition to formal library groups, we extend an invitation to
individuals and small, informal groups to tour the Library. You
may prefer to come in late afternoon, or at lunchtime (suggestion: bring a
"brown bag lunch" and take the opportunity for discussion).
