The Lewis and Clark Library System (in Edwardsville) has invited all of us
from this side of the Mississippi to attend their second annual
"LibraryPalooza." This a their system-wide staff development day. You
can see their facilities, meet some Illinois librarians, and learn about
the activities going on across the river. There is no charge at all, and a
buffet lunch is included. LCLS is just about 30 minutes from the Arch, so
it isn't really all that far away. I can give you directions if you need
them.
