ARCHIVES ASSISTANT: MISSOURI BOTANICAL GARDEN LIBRARY

As Archives Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for paraprofessional archival functions, including processing archival materials; entering data into the archives databases; generating reports & correspondence; coordinating work with volunteers; assisting with information and materials location; and performing basic preservation duties. Willingness to participate in additional shared staff duties and to cross-train in other library functions is essential.

Qualifications: Associate's degree with three years' related experience, or an equivalent combination of education & experience; word processing and data entry skills; ability to lift 25 lb. boxes & climb ladder to reach materials.
