My guess is that you'll need less simultaneous user licenses under a
web interface than direct or telnet connections.  The client connection to
the server is so brief there's not much comparison with the connection
times we're used to.  But don't worry, the vendors will figure out how to
price the product so they don't reduce the revenue stream.
