Kevin,I was referring to the use of trademark names in common speech, rather than in the names of other commercial vendor's products. While I imagine that Coca Cola Corp. would NOT smile benignly upon Pepsico calling their product "Coke", common speech usage of their trademark only enhances Coke's (Kleenex's, Bayer Aspirin's, M&M's, etc.) image as the standard in its genre. As an institutional consumer of SIRSI's WebCat, I would be happy if it were to be seen in this role.
