Perhaps someone with access to a good trademark database, or a few minutes to track down the right people at SIRSI, could VERIFY that WebCat is covered by trademark or copyright. There are at least three firms marketing products called WebPac or a very close variant, with nary a word of suit and counter suit.
I wouldn't worry too much about this at the moment. If WebCat describes the content of the list, that is good enough. The marketers of FoxWeb don't protest the existence of a list containing discussions of the genre of which their product is an instance. Ditto, as far as I know, the Follett folks with respect to CIRCPLUS-L (which covers circulation plus other issues as I recall, rather than a particular microcomputer circulation system).
