I think that's what we had in mind. For the "url" (URL proper, plus form data) to have any permanence, the "search" performed needs to be something that returns record(s) for a unique published unit, like ISBN or ISSN plus volume/pagination, or other keys that should be unchanged by changes in the database where the records are found.
