Dear members,We are a priemer centre providing computer-based information services to R&D and Academic community. We have CD-ROMS (MEDLINE,BIOSIS etc) Online access to Knight-Ridder & STN International database hosts. Our Internet connection is quite a new one.We are planning to start Internet-based services. So, as a first step, we have started creating web-pages in different subject areas. In this regard, I would appreciate it very much if you could share with me :
-------------------------------------------------------------- 1. The URLs you have in the field of Medicine & Health Sciences. Your personal experiences/opinions about the same would be of great help.
2. How you update the Web-Pages, keep track of changing locations. 3. Whether you are utilising any e-mail based services which offer monthly/fortnightly abstracts (eg : MSB-L) to provide information services at your library/information centres. 4.
