WebPAC will insert a <BR> for each blank line requested in the CFM file. WebPAC will pass any data coming out of the long view on out the wire. We have used this to set up 856 links for our City Colleges demo database.
An excerpt from our CFM file (I don't know much about the CFM format):
[Electronic version:,,1,0,0,0,1,[,,0,0,0,1,1,$856,0,0,0,u<A HREF=", ">,,1,0,,$856,0,0,7167,u,</a>,,1,1,,] ]
The quotes in the above example are passed verbatim, and the commas are the field seperators. I don't think it matters, but the first and second lines of this example are one line in the CFM file. I believe white space by field seperators is eaten.
