Or at least in the body of the text. Given the extremely light traffic lately, it seems to me that vendor-specific "how do I solve this problem" messages may be of interest to clients of other vendors, or those of us still surveying the marketplace. But only if we know which vendor is involved and, preferably, if the message can be padded with some general explanatory text.
